Energy Shake

This energy shake is just beautiful, favourite shake in the house! When I need something sweet I head for this shake as it is very sweet and creamy. It is a perfect replacement for the unhealthy sweets.

Energy shake delicious, so easy to make and creamy. It is a great way to start your day as it gives energy and you won’t feel hunger for many hours.

Ingredients for 2

  • handful of almonds
  • handful of cashews
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon 100% raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon of carobpulver
  • 1/2 – 2/3 liter of oat milk

Method

Add all ingredients into the blender and blend them for a few minutes. Milk quantity depends on how dense you’d like the shake to be.
